For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

I completely love this wig! Shipping was quick and the hair is beautiful. I ordered a 22 in 360 wig 180 density and it was absolutely true to what the description stated. I was a little skeptical about the length because it did seem like a 20in but I did contact the store about it and they were amazing! I’ve had it for about 2 weeks now, the wig does shed a little, there is a mild dark discoloration that washes out of the hair when there is water applied to it and a slight smell. The hair also holds curls very well, up to 4-5 days actually. I am completely in love with this wig and I hope this helps anyone who is looking for an amazing wig!

The packaging, shipping and quality of the hair are in excellent condition I was very pleased. However, at first I didn’t the length was true to 20 inches and looked a lot my like 16 inch wig but after discussing with a rep the explained the creating process of the wig being shorter at the top then at the bottom but it’s still 20 inches around . I do think that should be explained in the description And explained it’s more of a layered hair but if you’re wanting very long hair I advice going to the 28-30 inch

I bought the wig, and it came in pretty quick! The wig was beautiful. It didn’t shed, but it struggles to hold a curl. Other than that, the wig was BEAUTIFUL! This is also my second time ordering from this company, and the first wig and the second wig are slightly different in terms of texture (second wig was softer) and ability to hold a curl. I didn’t communicate with the store either.
